Summer-Bonanza 
With IPL fever getting ended-up, the film-makers have now set their eyes to start kicking-off their big-budget movies. The number of films hitting the silver-screens is reaching its maximum. One main reason for this increased number is two entire months of holidays for the schools and colleges and as usual, the film-makers try to cash this good time.
Tollywood did not see a good beginning in the starting of 2010 except few such as Adurs, Ye Maya Chesave, Bindaas, Maya Bazar. The films like Kedi, Maro Charitra, Varudu which were released with huge expectations resulted as the disasters at the box-office. So, Tollywood is now focusing on this summer with nearly 35 films hitting the silver screens.
We present you the films which are expected to hit the screens in the coming two months… Just take a look…
Already PrabhasDarling’ has hit the screens and is running successfully in theaters with a mixed talk. With no big films currently running in theaters, Darling is currently doing well at business.
Bala Krishna’s ‘Simha’ is one much-anticipated flicks of this summer.  The film is creating much pre-release hype. Balakrishna’s fans are sure that the actor will surely put a stop to his flop stream with this flick. Boyapati Srinu, the director of the film promises that Bala Krishna’s dialogues and body language will surely click at the box-office. Bala Krishna will be seen romancing three heroines in the film, Nayanatara, Namitha and Sneha Ullal. The film is slated for its release on 30th April. We have to wait for a week more to see if Bala Krishna bounces back with this one.
Young heartthrob Ram’s new film, “Rama Rama Krishna Krishna” is releasing on May7th. Ram has pinned many hopes on this film since, his previous film Ganesh was flop and Maska just remained as an average one. The film is a family entertainer under the direction of Srivaas who had earlier directed Gopichand’s ‘Lakshyam’. Bindu Madhavi and Priya Anand are playing the female leads.
The much awaited multi-starrer of the season ‘Vedam’ is getting ready to hit the silver-screens. The reason behind the craze of the film is Director Krish and of course actors Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj and Anushka acting together.
“It’s a multi-starrer and every star essays different and demanding roles. The film showcases varied shades of the human mind but is tactfully packaged with loads of entertainment,” says director Krish
The movie is getting ready to show its new ‘Vedam’ from May20th in theaters.
The most-talked Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Komaram Puli’ has hit the floors about 18 months back but still failed to see the light of the day. However, there is good news to all Pawan’s fans, since the film is likely to release in the last week of May. Nikeesha Patel is playing the female lead in the movie. “This bigticket film has all the ingredients expected from a Pawan Kalyan film, and the theme is powerful too,” says director S J Suryah.
Sharwanand and Padma Priya starrer ‘Andhari Bandhuvaya’ under the direction of Chandra Siddhartha of Aa Naluguru and Idhi Sangathi is also hitting the screens on April 30th.  Chandra Siddhartha has good name in the class audience who brings up movies that has themes which are related to modern-day circumstances and realities. ‘Andhari Bandhuvaya’ is also based on above category and hope the film comes up with a good theme.
EVV Satyanarayana’s 50th directorial titled Buridi’ with his elder son, Aryan Rajesh and Aishwarya in the lead roles is all set to hit the screens on April 30th. The movie is a full-length comedy entertainer which had almost all the comedians of the Telugu Cinema.
Raghava Lawrence’s ‘Super cowboy’ under the direction of Shimbudevan is releasing on May 7. Lawrence will be seen as a cow boy in this film. Nasser, Lakshmi Rai, Padmapriya and Sandhya play the lead roles. The movie is entirely targeted at family audiences and kids.
Karthi, Tamannah’s ‘Awaara’ which is the dubbed version of Tamil movie Paiyaa is also hitting the screens on May 7th. The film had created record collections at the box-office in Kollywood. The movie collected 25 Crores in 25 days. The producers are expecting the same in Telugu version too.
Puri Jagannath and Gopichand combo film ‘Golimaar’ is also expected to release on 14th May. Puri is one of the top directors who has craze among the mass audiences and Golimaar being inspired from a real life story of a Maharashtrian police officer is creating interest. Priyamani is playing the female lead in the movie.
Anushka who has become a sensational star with Arundati film is coming up with yet another heroine centric film tiled ‘Panchakshari’. The movie is gearing up for its release in the month of May. “Panchakshari will become another sensational film in Anushka’s career. Our unit is making full efforts to make this film a grand success,” says Director V Samudra.
The month of June will have Mani Ratnam’s magical bonanza ‘villain’, a multi-lingual film in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu which is slated to release on June 18. The film stars many biggies of the Indian film industry such as Abhishek Bachchan, Vikram, Aishwarya Rai, and Priyamani etc. AR Rahman’s music for the film will be a big advantage. It is a drama of epic Ramayana in Mani Ratnam’s magical style.
Despite these there are other films too which are ready to hit the screens in the coming two months. Lagadapati sridhar’s ‘Sneha Geetham’, Nitin’s ‘Maaro’, Karishma Kotak’s ‘Glamour’, Aditya Babu’s ‘Chalaki’, Sindu Menon’s ‘Subhadra’ , Posani Krishna Murali’s ‘Gaali Seenu’, Nani’s ‘Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu’, Vadde Naveen’s ‘Aunty Uncle Nandagopal’, Kamalakar’s ‘Hasini’, Geeta Krishna’s ‘Koffi Bar’, Dr.Rajendra Prasad’s ‘Bramhalokam to Yamalokam Via Bhoolokam’, Dasari’s ‘Young India’, Krishnudu’s ‘Pappu’, Charmi’s ‘Sye Aata’, Tanish’s ‘Em Pillo..Em Pillado’, Uday Kiran’s ‘Nuvvekkadunte Nenakkadunta’ are expected to walk into theaters this summer to entertain the audiences.
So, for all those who hate to be baked in this harsh summer, get refreshed with these cool entertainers.
